Pholnaxxspyxaron is committed to providing high-quality photography services. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for our photography services and products.

Photography Services

Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are final once a session has been completed. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require special consideration.

Deposit Refunds

Deposit refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session date
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session date
  • Full refund if we are unable to provide services due to circumstances on our end

Session Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling requests:

  • Must be made at least 48 hours before the original session date
  • Are subject to availability
  • May be rescheduled once without penalty
  • Additional rescheduling may incur a fee

Digital Products

Digital images and files:

  • Are delivered electronically and cannot be returned
  • All sales are final once files have been delivered
  • We will work with you to address any technical issues with file delivery

Physical Products

For physical products such as prints, albums, and canvases:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if products are defective or damaged
  • Products must be returned in original condition
  • Custom products (personalized albums, custom prints) are non-returnable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of delivered images:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your images
  • We will review your concerns and may offer additional editing or reshoot options
  • Refunds for completed sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  2. Provide your booking reference number and reason for refund
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed photography sessions
  • Delivered digital images and files
  • Custom-designed products (albums, personalized prints)
  • Add-on services that have been completed

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
