By accessing and using the Pholnaxxspyxaron website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Services

Pholnaxxspyxaron provides professional photography services including private events, ID photos, photo sessions, and personal branding photography. All services are subject to availability and require prior booking and confirmation.

Booking and Payment

To book a photography session:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your session
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are subject to change without notice

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session date will receive a full refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session date forfeit the deposit
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Image Rights and Usage

All photographs taken by Pholnaxxspyxaron remain the property of the photographer. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their package:

  • Personal use rights are included with all packages
  • Commercial usage rights are available for corporate and branding packages
  • We may use selected images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed
  • Clients may not edit, alter, or modify delivered images without permission

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
  • Providing accurate information and requirements
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for location shoots
  • Ensuring all participants are aware of and consent to photography

Limitation of Liability

Pholnaxxspyxaron is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal property during sessions
  • Injuries sustained during photography sessions
  • Failure to deliver images due to equipment malfunction or circumstances beyond our control
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pholnaxxspyxaron and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Changes to Terms
